Based on the information given like the solution above you could be blocking the air vent on the side or bottom of the system.
You could have also probably messed up the computer CPU. I need the model number in order to help..

From the little amount of information you have given, it could be several things.
One common issue is overheating.
-Blocked fan intake/exhaust holes
-Dust blanket between the cpu heatsink and exhaust fan.
Get the air duster and blow out all around any holes, This is a temporary fix to get you going for a few weeks or more, if overheating is your problem.
