Hi there, you will need to go to control panel, sound. Ensure sound is turned up. You will also need to install the sound driver. If these are USB it should be plug and play, so you may be missing windows drivers. You can find out what drivers are missing by right clicking on my computer > go to manage. Look for sound and audio and see if there is a yellow exclamation mark on anything (means it's missing drivers).
firstly you check, sound driver is available in your system or not,as per your comment i think sound driver is missing in your system.

When you parchase the system you carry a motherboard CD,put in that cd into cd drive and install the appropriate drivers,if you have no Cd in that condition you download the drivers from net,
Sounds like your drivers are missing you can check your driver details under the control panel and system then click on the hardware and if there is a yellow exclamation mark then the drivers are missing. If they are missing download the drivers from the manufacturers website.
Hi there if you suspect that the sound driver is missing. When you buy the laptop they have gave you the cd that has the sound driver you can install it. If you already installed it. Please reinstall it. First uninstalll the driver then reboot the system. Then install the sound driver then reboot again. please be patient. Please message if this is not the case. Please rate thanks
Goto Device manager, right click on missing driver (the yellow marked). and select Uninstall.
Then re-boot the system and install the driver for your sound card.
If you don't have driver, just goto your sound card manufacturer's web site and see download/support page, select your product model and download the driver.
