I have a jenn aire JGR8875RDB oven. The control panel is partially out. The numbers beep. The clock displays and all the oven controls do NOT work.

Go to the power panel of your home and locate the circuit breaker for the oven. Turn this breaker on and off several times then check the oven controls. If this restores normal operation, then I would replace the breaker. If the breaker trips instantly every time you try to reset it then suspect the heating element and the thermostat. When a heating element shorts, it can ruin the contacts inside the thermostat.

I just moved into a new apartment, I can't find the user guide for the whirlpool gold gas oven, don't know how to operate the oven, none of the button works on the control panel, not even the start...

You can go to whirpool.com then click on owner center and download a manual BUT YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETE model number which usually on inside of oven door or in storage drawer

Getting error code F7

Microwave will not operate (cook). F7 error code appears on the display. Electrical circuit interruption between L1 and Neutral in the microwave inverter circuit.

Possible reasons:
1. Check door, hinge and cavity front alignment and adjust as needed.
2. Check the operation of all interlock switches.
3. Check over temperature protector for the magnatron.
4. Check all Cavity Thermostats for closed circuit.
5. Unplug the oven for at least 40 seconds. If this solves the problem
A. Check the Cooling Fan for proper operation or blockage
B. Check the resistance of the magnetron thermostat. It should be 0 Ohms, replace if necessary.
6. Check that the control cable to the 1100 watt inverter is properly connected to plug P2 on the display PCB & Adjust or Reconnect
7. If interlock switches operate correctly, replace 1100W inverter.
8. If problem persists, replace control assembly.

Hope this helps.

I have a new control panel that was just put in 2 weeks ago. I pressed the button start to long & the "Loc" came up on the display & it won't go off no matter what button I push. I've...

Did you replace the panel yourself? If it was a repairman it should be under warranty. Anyway I would think that after the supply has been turned off overnight the timer would reset itself. If that doesn't work and you don't want to keep mucking around with control panels and you can do without the electronic clock the control panel can be easily bypassed by a repairman. This will then enable manual oven operation.

Kenmore gas Range -- Control Panel not working

Hi. your assessment is correct. when you have normal operations with the stove top and the control panel is blank or non operational, this will confirm either a wiring harness issue or a dead control circuit board. The wiring harness can sometimes become lose or the connectors can become corroded but, in this issue, i am sure its the ECB(electroninc control board). In this case, you will have to replace the board it self.

Please rate and god bless:)

Unable to clear error message on panel...oven not operating

The E1- F5 error is a door lock error.

The control (TIMER) has likely failed in this instance - BUT...

Sometimes when you disconnect power to a range and reconnect it the electronic range control gets confused.
You should disconnect power again for 15 seconds and reconnect and see if that helps.

If it doesn't cure the E1- F5 error hold the bake button in until E0- F2 appears in the display.
This is the error for a stuck button on the keypad and is the way to clear the memory of the electronic range control.

Sometimes these work, but if the control has failed it won't make any difference.
