The lightbulb cover on my whirlpool WFE361LVS wont unscrew, how do I get it off, I need to change the bulb

Most microwave ovens lamps' outlast the life of the microwave. So, most of them do not have access covers for the oven lamp. The lamp has to be replaced from inside the unit. Also, the newer units tend to use bulb assemblies rather than just a screw in type bulb. Call Whirlpools 800 help line or your local appliance parts store and have them look it up for you.

Microwave won't shut off

the timer is more than likely broken. There are no replacement parts and the mocrowave will need to be replaced...or keep the door open when not in use, and use a watch to keep track of cook times

Whirlpool mocrowave , Model: MH8150XJT0, displays error F6

The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for maybe an hour.

Then let us know if the hard reset does not fix it.

It may be a bad door switch or switch mount, a failed relay on the control board, or a failed keypad.

We can help further in all these cases.

Microwave faulty

High voltage parts are suspect. You are looking at replacing either the magnatron or the high-voltage capacitor and diode. Its affordable if you do it yourself - buy the part on EBAY - lookup "universal magnatron"
Hope ya fix it!
