Go to start and in the search bar type in restore. May come up as system restore. Open this.Look for restore options and select factory restore. Thats how it works on mine. Warning. Click the Windows "Start" menu.

3-Select the "Vaio Recovery Wizard" option.

Give this a try:
When the VAIO logo appears on the computer's screen, briefly press the F10 key on the computer keyboard.
