If you have tried connecting and using the monitor on another PC and it works .... then it may be the connection (of the monitor to your PC), or the PC port that is not working.
If you don't have another PC to test the monitor, disconnect the monitor, shut down your PC, connect the monitor, restart your PC ... and hope for the best.

are you hyjacking 2014 post to 2019" yes, no time stamp so.
here goes;.
the display was made I year 2003 and the CCLF do not ever last for 17 years, only 5years (10hr/day 5 year life span on tubes)
lasts 2.2 years if never turned off or allowed to sleep.
used in presentation mode or Kiosk mode (full time on)
if lucky home use can milk out 7 years
all those old CCFL back lamped monitors are now dead.
why are using it? its no good.
if the monitor fails on 2 PCs. the monitor is bad, (cable not you said) so buy new monitor.
why spend $200 to fix a monitor that can be exchanged for $40"
