I have a Whirlpool super cap. 465 model sf387lekto. Oven lights, preheats, then during bake will sometimes just quit. Error codes E4 F1 still display after unplugging electrical supply. Range burners always work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
You may have several things going on f1 e4 is a control board issue with the touch panel plug in into the control board disconnect and reconnect if this problem presist will need a control board and touch pad for the oven not staying lit there is a new oven igniter kit 8190618 unfortunately no good diagnostics for this problem good luck

now you say your top burners aren't lighting well either have you noticed any difference in the flame height if you turn all the burners on all the way

Same thing happened to me about 1 month ago... Did you get some kind of power outage or lightning strike??? I am pretty sure the stove part works but the oven doesn't right?!?! It might be 2 things.. Either the temperature sensor inside the oven doesn't work or it's the control board (where the clock is). I tried to chaned teh temp sensor but it did not work. I then changed the Control Board and oven works again...

HOW DO YOU CLEAN SELF CLEANING OVEN SUPER CAPICITY 465
SOURCE: Whirlpool Accubake Super Capacity 465 gas range. Oven won't light
Some gas ranges may take 10 or so minutes to light.
Other than that you may have a defective glow bar ignitor.
If it glows and does not light the reistance in the ignitior has failed.
