I have heire dehumidifier HDN455E (the 4 series) it was working fine till last year, this year it runs continuesly and since i have water hose at the end which drains to my sump pump i thought was wroking but I was changing the position of the dehumidifer and noticed that it does not collect any water, it was running for days. I opened it, cleaned it (it was clean mostly) cleaned the filter also but no water in the bucket. what could have gone wrong and is it possible to fix it by myself.
I have dehumidifier Whirlpoot Gold Model #39R171E Serial #H/XE11M1K 6203A it was working fine last year, but this year it is not collecting any water, it is running for day. I opened it, cleaned the filter (which was mostly clean) & it still has not water in bucket. What is wrong & is it possible to fix it by myself.
