a pick up star that passes by the pick and send spark to plugs

they heat p and crack please let me know
Check the piston is not scored by removing the muffler and looking through the open exhaust port, if ok, remove the spark plug and check for a spark, if there is no spark it will require a new ignition unit.
Hi orvil brad hear I would check the ing. fuses you have at least one and maby two in the inside cab fuse block, and also one or two in the engine bay fuse panel, there is also a relay located in the eng. bay panel, also you may check the ing. wire that goes to the coil system, This wire will have no 12volts until the ing. switch is turned on then it will show 12volts. It has a habit of coming loose at the coil sometimes. Good luck
first check for power at distribuitor terminal if pwr replace ing coil, if no power check ing switch, also a common problem is some one accidentally cause a spark or short one of the fuse links by the starter may be open check them all.
