It turned off and will not turn back on

Does it have the option to turn the turn table off if so turn it off and see if noise goes away if so turn table motor very common over time it will default back to on on next cycle

I was not aware you could turn off the display, maybe it is just a bad display and you need to replace the board??!!
Ive been repairing Microwaves for 37 years. i do not remember seeing one where you could just turn off the display.

I was having the same problem today. Our microwave dish was off the track and would not turn, so it stopped the energy to the microwave. Now, it works great! Good Luck.

i think we need to replace your breaker,some is corroded due to old one,or the breaker is in high ampere or overload,call the electrician to check all your wiring in your house to make sure.for your safety.

Unplug the microwave for 15 seconds than plug back in. It should be back to normal then.

I don't mean to be coy, but if you bought it from a local company (Best Buy, Lowes, Home Depot), take it back (within the 30 day window) for a refund. I bought three microwaves (all poor quality) and returned them all!

I may be returning this Samsung if your review turns out to be true for my microwave.

The turntable probably isn't on the spinny thing and that is what makes it turn- try lifting it up and putting it back on.

yes take it back sounds like a back light issue

if you can check the turn table motor for resistance. 90 percent would be a broken motor which you could replace. just look for the motor at the bottom of the microwave and race the wire back to the pc board.
