Maybe I have a solution for you, I work with this type of machine (HP8000) and she has many problems, lots of it. well, your problem could be software, you can install the FlexiSIGN-PRO 8.1v1, you can choose whether it wants to use certain print heads, you can choose to use only 4 or 6, and still have another option for two Additional different heads contact me: [email protected]

The tool could be sticking in the Tool Post, clean with kerosine or the like.

Try going into the Web interface by typing the ip address in internet explorer instead of an web address. Go to the setup tab and on the left is a date/time link. Go in there and change the date on the plotter to before the expiration date to see if that takes away the message. Hope this helps.

I installed the flexisign7.5 on windows 7 but there appear a error massage that HARDWARE KEY NOT FOUND

best way is to use the beizer tool, image, vectorize beizer. if more clean up is needed use the path edit tools.... r click in a blank area of the tool bar and put a check mark in the path edit bos to turn it on....

I have bought from a local auction house today a genuine version of flexi sign Pro 7.5, I have installed ok, but when I try to open the program it runs as if its going to open then comes up with the following error message
"FLEXISIGN PRO This application requires that the hardware key to be installed, but none was found"
has anybody got any idea to what the problem is
