OMG!!! "It" doesn't Loosen?! Does it Listen? LOL. OK enough! I have had these BD drills before, and sorry they are JUNK! You would REALLY be better off by purchasing a Craftsman Nextec 12 volt drill. It is Lightweight, smaller for small hands, has a flash light built in! AND in a set comes with Cool Flashlight that stands up. It comes in a bag with a charger for $50! BD has NOTHING like this! OK I have HILTI drill ($300)! I never use it cause I use the heck out this great little Craftsman drill.
OK solution to your drill bit problem...EASY. Go and buy some WD-40 in the blue-yellow can ($4-5). Spray (ALOT!) around and under where the bit is and where the cap that spins is. Do Not spray into any vents! It May catch Fire. Let it soak x 15 min. Spray a little again. Then Grab a terri cloth towel wrap it around the cap that spins and the bit and reverse the motor to loosen the drive. Be sure to have the drill on Max setting (the drill bit icon). It WILL come off.

How do i change the chuck of a bosch psr 10,2 li cordless drill

Hi. When the 3 pins are opened all the way there is a phoenix type screw in the centre of the chick.(inside where the drillbit comes) There you can hold the chuck with hand or bench vise and unscrew the bolt holding it secure. spray some wd 40 on the base and gently wiggle it out.

How do I replace the fan and air condition belts on a RAV 4 Toyota 1999

Loosen off the tensioner pulley in order to loosen the belt. First, loosen the bolt in the center of the pulley in order for it to be able to move, then turn the long adjuster bolt off to the side of the pulley in the bracket, and then the position of the pulley will change, allowing you to loosen it enough to get the belt off. Kind of hard to explain, but look for the pulley that is all by itself that doesn't turn anything...that is the one that adjusts the belt.

Emergency break locked onto rear break rotar... how do i disengage emergency break

if the brake handle will release, you can remove the tire and beat on the drum to help loosen it, if that doesn't work, your going to have to use the adjustment section and loosen it up more,

My coolant pump spindle has snapped along the threaded shaft, I need to replace it but first I need to know how to actually remove it. How do I actually remove it from the bike?

Air tool because it turns fast. Do you mean the head of the bolt broke off? IF so you need to take a drill & a left thread turning drillbit to turn it out.

New carburetor installed on 79 el camino

I am familiar with these, a manual choke carb works off of a bimetal coil in the manifold exhaust crossover on the passenger side of the intake, Make sure it is hooked up, then while the car is cold, on the rockchester carbs, use an 1/8 in drillbit to set choke. You have to loosen the three screws on the choke to set, when the choke flap, the very top one on the carb touches the drillbit, set it there and lock down screws, pump once or twice and it should start and idle, as the bimetal coil heats up it should open the top flap. if you try to accelerate before it is wam it will disconnect from the auto choke. I hope this helps if not please do not rate me at all, if it does help you fix your problem then please give me a fixya,
