If you have the instruction book there could be an exploded diagram and parts list and instructions where to buy spare parts.

You could ask the retailer where it was bought.

You could try the manufacturer's website.

Failing those options there are lots of websites providing a spare parts service for power tools. Just google spare parts for your model of power tool...

To ensure you have the correct part number, download the assembly & spare part manual from the corporate website in Germany.

1) To find the part number go to: Service-Center menu, select Assembly and Spare Parts

2) Select the category ("Crosstrainer" in my case) and enter the model number "XTR 1"
note: the space is important since it won't find "XTR1"

3) Select the appropriate document by selecting the language, and the download will commence.

4) These documents have an exploded assembly diagram and the list of all parts.

go to a dealer spares to get this. or go to a spares shop and find the right belt in their catalogue for fan belts.

I'm not aware of any dryers shipping with a spare belt on board, but this may vary by region.
You are correct in that the back is removed to gain access to the belt. Disconnect the power first. If there isn't a spare in the cabinet (probably not), take the old belt with you to your local appliance parts supply house and get a replacement, or it may be ordered on-line. The belt number will be on the belt.

Sorry, I don't know of any toasters worth repairing. Spare parts are not available and the screws on the bottom are even tamper resistant on most brands now.

When upside down there is no resistance,on carpet there is.
You need to try a a fresh, genuine hoover belt and buy a spare, belts stretch and slip after 30 -90 a days of normal use, often to 25-30% oversize Hoover belts generally fit very snug. If your belt looks shiny inside, that is likely the issue. Try that and post results

The rollers behind the drum need heat resistant grease. You'll need snap ring pliers to remove them. Clean and inspect everything inside, vacuum all lint. Have a spare belt, they're cheap. Check the tensioner pulley for lube, but don't get any where the belt touches.
