You didn't specify if you're using DSL or cable.
I've run into this dozens of times. With DSL, keep in mind the software on the PC is what "dials out" to the ISP with your name / password, and you MUST set the name and password in the router. Otherwise, ONLY the computer that has the software installed (verizon, etc) will be able to connect.
If you're using a cable connection, you don't have to do this, however, most newer Linksys routers come with a 'setup' disk, which MUST be used regardless of connection type.
Also, make sure there is ONLY the LAN connection to the modem, NOT both the USB and LAN.

Is there any other way to access IP 192.168.1.1. ? I'm online but every time I search it says "cannot find server". Trying to fix my router. Thanks
I have the same problem. I'm using WRT54L with firmware of DD-WRT. When I have one computer connect via wireless and then the second computer is connected to the internet then the connection of the first computer is dropped. Could s.o. tell me if it's up to the configuration of depend on the ISP server configuration.
