In my klv-40v300a sony bravia when am watching

In my klv-40v300a sony bravia when am watching tv or dvd or whatever, there are making shadows or ghosting or burnings on display everything, what was shown mostly letters on screen is like printed there i can stil see it there even when that letters gone . And even when am in menu long time and press exit i can still see the menu rests or relics from that menu and it fading away in couple of minits
and when something is shown on screen its printed on display again and fading again
