This tv the LCD screen panel it shorted and dead.This tv can't be repair,only replaced the LCD screen panel.Not,worth replacing the LCD screen panel,because LCD screen panels are limited produced by the tvs industries and will cost same as a new tv,if the LCD screen panel require replacing.Sorry the tv now,only worth as a salvage tv electronic boards for parts only now.

Does the led on the sc board light? D6583. According to Panasonic the 7 blink error is a driver sos2 this could be on the su, sd, or sc boards. Panasonic doesn't give much help on this set, sorry.

throw away the LCD it's not repairable unless you work for an LCD repair center. Sell the backlight unit on ebay to get some money back into your pocket.

The film that connect from the PCB board to the LCD is either not bonding correctly. This can only be fixed by an industrial machine.

It requires heat to press against the film to bond it to the surface.

the tv has one part of the power supply working this is needed to have the microcontroller ready to work. But the tv needs more than that for work im talking 'bout the high voltage power supply who is now damaged. the parts required depends on the diagnosis in the bench but at least two are needed. the cost of this repair of course depends in how many parts are going to be replaced, but i concider this repair kind of average in this technology.
