? power at the plug, so power at the socket, but not in unit. check unit fuse in plug, check for fuses on unit, usually at back near to power inlet

Full light is on and won't turn off

There is a float in the back, make sure it is dropping all the way. If the rear tank isn't fully inserted it will also prevent the full indicator from resetting. Occasionally hard water deposits will build up, and it's usually just a matter of cycling the float up and down by hand a few times till it loosens up.

Check your inlet water screen for debris or calcium deposits. Also check float valve operation.

There are many reasons for a dehumidifier2_bing.gif to not work or collect water.

Dehumidifier -- LG LHD45EL

If everything is clean on the coils and the filter is clean it should work. I would contact LG because they have a 5 year warranty on these dehumidifiers. Make sure that you have your reciept. Usually what they will do is locate a shop near you and it can be serviced there. LG will pay the bill. Or if there is no local shop they will send you a service tag for your old unit and ship you a replacement unit. Contact LG and explain this problem to you. Everything should be covered under warranty still.

My dehumidifier looks working fine (normal condensor sound and light) but does not pick up water.

sound like a sealed system issue , if the compressor is running and no moisture is being deposited into the bucket there is an issue with the sealed system that need pro help
