I cant download anything from the computer to my phone

Can you check that your ps3 has connection to your router.

if it an android you just need tologininto your gmail account on a regular computer your stuff should be saved especially your email and files should be stored in google drive

you can go to google play on a computer and send to your phone. it is tied to your gmail account, you can also send the play store app to your phone from a computer. just go to googleplay on your computer or any computer log in and send

Please be more specific with your question. If your trying to connect your phone to your computer you will need a usb cable with a mini usb end for your phone. To access your phone you will also need to find the manufacture of your phone on the web and download the specific software onto your computer for your phone. Once you plug your phone in, your computer will recognise the phone and you will have access to anything you need to do. Hope this helps.

If this still doesn't work, Check your cable, as it's probably faulty.
On some phones there is an option for "USB mode" or "Sync with PC" - check that as well.

try and use bluetooth. you can buy a bluetooth dongl for your pc if you cant do connection via usb cable.
