Try lots of gas line antifreeze and change the fuel filter. Spark plugs should be dry, you may have plugged filter or water in the gas or both

Sounds like you either have a Bad Battery or your Coil broke a wire for the charging system.. Do your Lights work when it is running

Check to make sure the alternator cable is attached.

The needle and seat in the carburator need to be replaced . Gas continously flowing is a stuck float which operates the needle valve in the carb.

The battery will run down, because there is no means of charging it.

Is an alternator fitted at the moment for lights etc? If so, you will need to measure the voltage from that, then connect to the battery to charge it.

If there isn't one, look for a motorbike alternator that will fit, or contact the manufacturers for a genuine part.
