How do I check my voicemail on my 5330 ip, from another phone

I need to check my work voicemail from home. Is there a way to check my voicemail from home?

Either your on-Site system administrator, or your vendor will have to make the change. This is a system wide setting, not just your phone.

Once the mailbox is set up in the system, dial the access code and the password (default is 1111). Follow the prompts... you are not complete until the guide tells you are.

Problem with network or maybe cable. Phone can not connect to Mitel phone system.

How to change voicemail greeting on Mitel 5330
If you want to change your voicemail greeting, go into your voicemail and press 4 on the keypad. This is usually the number for personal options such as Voicemail greeting, name in the directory, and changing your voicemail password. you have to log in to your account at the phone service provider and reset message waiting indicator. If you have a contract company managing your ip phone service, call them, and say you need the message indicator reset.

Mitel 5330 This phone was used by another employee and she hasnt taken her password off, how do i go about this? I need a new password and my own voice mail.
The Voicemail isn't in the phone itself, but usually in the phone system. You will need to contact your system administrator or telephone vendor to have the mailbox reset. While they're at it, have them update the username.

It sounds like you've got another DHCP server running and that the phone is not getting the proper settings from the network.

Hello,
There might be another voicemail box associated with your extension. Hang-up the receiver and press the voicemail button. It should tell you where the voicemail is sitting. If you do not know the passcode for that voicemail, have your system admin take a look at it.
