I have a ds lite with a micro ds card in it. when i turn it on it say's edge.dat tidak menemukan. does this mean the card is blank?

This could be a problem with your EDGE DS software. You need to make sure the software is on your Micro-SD card. Check you have the right software by visiting the official EDGE DS website at edge-ds.cn (NOT edgei-ds.cn, this is a FAKE site).

The software is missing that is needed on the micro sd card for the DS lite to read it.

Not all micro sd cards are suitable or work with the DS system's check the compatability of the card at the nintendo troubleshooting site. (google: nintendo official ds lite help guide)

    The ds does not recognise the brand of micro sd card so will not allow you to use it. Not compatiable

Make sure that you have the latest drivers installed.www.edge-ds.cn
or you may have to reformat your micro sd card.

The way i did it was you need 2 edge cards 1 with EDGE.DAT copy and paste it in and it will work

Edge.dat tidak menemukan and missing files
I recently had this msg pop up on my edge card.
recent update to 1.5 kernel. I went to root director fo my sd card.
Right-clicked (pop-up menu) on Edge.dat went to Properties.
Here I noticed that Archive box was checked. So I unchecked
that box and pressed apply. Poped my sd back on my edge then my ds and it booted fine. Give this a try.

'Kay...
I just got that problem too.
"Edge.dat tidak menemukan" means that "Edge.dat cannot be found".
There's a way to fix it.
1) Check your Microsd Card
2) Redownload the EDGE or iEDGE
EDGE: http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/dl.php/EDGE_OS_v2.0.rar
iEDGE:
http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/dls/iEDGE_OS_v2.0.rar
3) Then, you will see an books icon, right click and choose "Extract Here".

_16.png 5) Then You copy it to the Micro Card. Edge.dat must not be inside a folder on the card.
6) Then finish.
( I hope it help. Sorry if my tutorial isn't clear -_-. Cuz my English are pretty bad T_T)
