When the washer fills, the basket floats allowing it to engage to the wash mode, when the washer drains the basket needs to drop back down inorder to engage to the spin mode. Pleazer Appliance...
I have the same issue. when I remove the wash basket from the tub the plastic parts all seem to have a lot of water trapped inside them. I am looking for a solution and may start my own question. not getting any fault code at all the washer runs as designed. but the dirty water trapped in the plastic top of and bottom of the wash basket is making the clean clothes smell like a dirty dish rag.
You have to disconnect all wire connectors, inner basket, both pumps & Then unclasp the 4 shock rods then remove the whole inner assembly. Then turn the inner assembLy upside down & every which way until they all fall out. Like shaking quarters out of your piggy bank.
Thanks for using FixYa. Error LF means long fill, which flashes when the water level won’t change for a period of time after the valves are turned on or the water has disengaged the basket but control does not detect a water level change. TO resolve this issue check if the water supply is turned on and the hose screens are not plugged or kinked. If the water is not entering the machine then check the water valve, also check the pressure hose connection to the machine/motor control. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
Remove the back cover.
Inspect the basket for any leakages by filling the water in the basket.
If located weld it or seal it with ARALDITE adhesive.
Also check the outlet valve at the base of the basket.ensure that outlet valve is seated properly.
This should be able to fix the problem, if not then you have to call service engineer to heck the functioning of control panel.
any codes?
sounds almost like your basket is stuck to the shaft
may need a new basket
sometimes just sanding the shaft will help
what kind of soap do you use HE detergent?
The F50 error code indicates that the RPS (rotor position sensor) detects no motor rotation. Check to see if the basket spins freely. If not, you could have an item caught between the outer tub and the inner spin basket. A toy or other item underneath the washer could also prevent the basket from spinning and would result in this F50 code.
If the basket spins freely, you could have a wiring failure that would prevent the motor from spinning.

Ld flashes when the water level does not change after the drain pump is on. • Is the drain hose or the drain pump clogged? • Is the drain hose height greater than 96˝ ? • Is the pump running? If not, see TEST #7.
