Yes, this card is not supported in Win7 : its a Dx8.0 card and for Win7 it should be at least an Dx.9.2 card. You can't change that, you need a new one.

Sorry to said, there are no official drivers for this VGA for Windows 7. I suggest you to download from this official link the latest windows xp drivers (choose "agree & download"). After the download finish right click at the downloaded file and go to properties and at the compatibility tab check the compatibility with windows xp sp3. Click on apply - ok and run the file in order to install the drivers. At most of the cases this compatibility tip works without any problem.
