Dear Sir:
You must RUN the software calibration for easy diagnose, and troubleshooting.
You need to adjust the speed sensor, clean, or replace.

In shoRT Run the s. calibration.

adjust the reed switch, see the diagram attached , clean, and tight the wires very well.

If you can not run the s. calibration and after you did the adjustment for reed swithc, tight the ribbon cable inside, then tight the connector from display board vs lower board. If the problem persist the display board is faulty or main motor board is faulty. RUN the s. calibration.

Dear Sir:

Please 1)adjust the reed switch see the diagram below 2) Change the baterries by new ones 3) Tigh the flexible cable from keypad 4) Tigh the connector from display board vs lower board.

Run inmediately after you did the step before software calibration for easy diagnose and troubleshooting.

Dear Sir:
I can undertand you worry:
1) I do not know why your put the new board, i am supposign for diagnose faulty?. However the Main motor can be faulty (Ground winding or Open Winding). 2) The speed sensor you must need to adjust see the diagram. 3) Tight the wires from sensor speed 4) Run the calibration software from your treadmill most of them is coming from under the Hood of the motor, and follow the instruction or your user manual.THE CALIBRATION software is for easy diagnose and troubleshooting .
