Where is the fuel filter on 2007 v star 1300 - 2007 Yamaha V Star 1300

Drain n cleantank but clean carb n floatbowl out if has one. Next time use ethanol freegas or drain fuelsystem fir wintr months

look under seat or around battery

I have a 1300 08 v-star. There is no fuel filter on this bike. What it does have is a mesh between the main tank and the lower tank/fuel pump.

Can you hear the fuel pump? If not then it will need to be replaced also check the fuel filter they will clog up some times. The other thing is check the fuses for the injection system. and you can also unplug the injectors and test for power at the injectioner.
