I try to turn it on but it just blinks on stand by

Probable Lamp. If lamp hasn't bown the red Lamp Lite won't flash but other lamp issues cause stby timer light to continue flashing. If stby red lite is flashing, count the no. of times flashing - could open thermal fuse (6X flashing)

I replaced bulb on pt60lc13 and did steps to reset timer, however screen won't come on so don't know if it reset. Power button flashes for about a minute then flashes red continuously. Lamp light flashes...

Make sure that your lamp is install correctely or that the door closed properly. After a proper lamp installation you should get a blue screen with a sign prompting you to reset lamp timer, follow up instructions and reset it.
