You need to do a FULL reset.
1. Power off unit
2. Hold down POWER and Vol - (or Vol+ if Vol - doesn't work) until Android reset screen appears.
3. Scroll down to factory reset and select it.
4. Agree to reset
Unit will reset itself and start over like it was brand new and you will lose everything that was installed. Most likely you have a corrupt operating system and this may help. However, many android apps will not work on that tablet as its an older tablet that does not have an upgraded OS available.

I understand your delima with this tab, however unfortunately this product doesn't carry a very good market reputation.
For the kind of issue you are facing, I would recommend a reset (Hard reset) for which you may follow the following procedure.

Make sure the tablet is OFF.
Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time.
When the Android starts to flash, release the buttons.
Then try to press different hardware buttons until you are given a list of options.

Note: If Volume Up and Power doesn't work, try Volume Down and Power.

I did a factory reboot on my CRAIG 9in. tablet Model:CMP756. It has been on the "LOADING" screen for over to hows. How do I fix this.

Try factory reset. Press the hidden reset button while powering the unit. This should clear out everything that caused the hangup.

uninstall updates for Play Store, clear cache both you can find underneath the app manager.reboot let the Play Store update then try again.
