Hi,is your mobile saying to insert sim card even after inserting a valid card into your mobile? it means that your mobile is locked..to unlock it you can contact your current provider to get unlock codes to unlock your mobile or can get it from online providers..once i got unlock code for my mobile from classicunlocking and unlocked my mobile..you can too try getting codes for your mobile and get it unlocked..but before that check whether unlock codes for you country and provider..
You could try to remove your sim card.
Install battery and turn on phone without sim card.
Use phone without sim card and do some operations.
This will check if you phone is working correctly.
Turn phone off and install sim card.
Made sure sim card is install correctly.
If this does not work, it could be the sim card is bad.
alot of razors have this problem....fold a peice if paper and put it over the sim card under the battery..this should put more pressure on the card to help it connect... this helped my phone,,i hope it helps you...thanks and have a great day
I think you may check if the problem is from the card slots,may be
the sim card doesn't insert deeply or the card slot is loosening,you can try to
insert it deeper and tighten the slot.

1.check the sim card if it is properly inserted.or try other sim card. 2.did you turn on your wifi?turn it on to have a signal from your network. 3.Is it unlock/openline already? 4.if the above mention is still not working its already a hardware problem.
Kindly remove the sim card on the phone, there is a gold plated part on it right? kindly wipe it with a dry clean cloth then place it back in, let see if it will work.
Alright so if you got a new sim it's more than probable that the connection is the problem. Remove your sim and take an eraser and clean it gently. Make sure you have the sim connector properly connected to the sim card, so leave the back off and turn it on I had to slide my sim card around a few times for it to work so try that till the message disapears. hope that helps.
