Is this the original tabeo or the E2(8inch)

If you look at the First picture on the TABEO User guide it is a little hole next to MicroSD slot on the side of the tablet

For factory resetting your Tabeo tablet, you have to go to 'settings' page. In this menu, youcan find an option for 'hard reset'. If you click or tap this menu, you can get a new optionswhere you will find option for hard reset. In this list, you can also find the option for hard resetting. If you select that option, the tablet will ask for confirmation.
Once you confirm, the tablet will perform factory resetting. Factory reset or hard reset will wipe of the data present on your tablet. So, it is very much necessary that you take back up of the data present on the tablet before heading for resetting. It is a good idea to keep the back up of all the files regularly so that you can go for hard resetting at any time, if the tablet gives any problem.

Very upsetting, I agree! I factory reset yesterday and lost all my preloaded apps, the only way to get them back is to call tech support and have them do it. Unfortunately the number has been busy all day and tabeo website has been down on and off all day today. I will try again tomorrow. Good luck!

depends if its locked or not, if its not go to settings and backup and reset and follow instructions, if its locked well idk try hold the power button for an extended amount of time for a menu
