you have a fuser code. you will need to test the fuser lamp, thermo fuse and thermistor with a vom with machine umplugged. open the front door and the clamshell. remove the orange fuser cover. t. remove the back cover. remove the bottom black cover. unplug the lamp, and thermistor. go to the fron of the machine. just to the right of the fuser on the frame is a black screw. remove it. now tip up the fuser 97 degrees and slide it to the left it will come out. now test the lamp with ohms, continuity, do the samae for the fuse. you will need ti remove the thermistor with one screw. put your finger onit. put he meter at 200 ohms and it should change vlaue. good luck
