The drum is not spinning during any of the washing, rinsing or spinning cycles. However, it completes the entire cycle with the clothes wet but not standing in water. What could the problem be?

The filter for your empty pump is probably clogged. The machine can't drain the water in the alloted time because it is draining to slowly through the clogged filter. The machine won't start the spin cycle if all the water hasn't been evacuated. You will need to find and clean out your empty pump filter (Probably behind a little door at the bottom of the machine.

SOURCE: My LG Fuzzy Logic 5.5kg WF-T552TH machine works fine on small loads, but if I put a large amount of washing it, just runs through water and never starts the wash cycle. Water just passes through.

This is a very common issue and simple to fix, the height of your drain hose is too low, it is siphoning the water out of the machine once the water level gets up near the level of the drain hose.
