My Navman S50 3D (S55) has locked on iGO 8 after I tried running it from the internal memory. It won't boot from the memory card and won't appear on my computer when connected to the PC via USB. It will always boot back to iGO 8. If I tap iGO's exit button it will freeze on the shutdown screen. It won't either start navman software or windows ce. My idea was to clear it's internal memory so I can have the USB mode back again. Please help.

I had this problem when I completely deleted the Backup folder from \My Flash Disk.
Restoring the backup folder allowed the 520 to operate properly again.
It is possible that you have a corrupted APPStartupSec.exe application. Without this file working it appears that the NAVMAN waits in USB mode for ever!
Hope this helps.
