Transmission is a sealed unit. The filler plug is on the side of transmission and doubles as alevel plug. The filter is in the sump or oil pan of transmission and is only changed when serviced by someone who knows what they are doing. more to it than just changing the oil and filter and new gasket. I have a 2005 Case 410 that has 391 hours on it just had the oil and air filters changed 10 hours ago. While using the skid steer it suddenly shut down on me and wont start when I turn the key the hour meter reads ACC. I checked the voltage on the battery checked out at 13 volts coming out, and tried jump, no go. Checked the oil which was at a right level and seemed fine.
