Why does my kettler verso 309 crosstrainer automatically increase in difficulty until it is impossible to use

Maybe there is something interfering with the difficulty plus button it may be stuck. try holding the difficulty minus and see it that hold it level and if it increases when you release its a faulty button.

576i resistance not increasing precor

If the display stays at 1, then the UP button may be at fault, in which case you would need a new keypad.

Resistance

This could be caused by either a bad lower electronic board or the brake/generator. I am attaching a link to the service manual for you for further reference. http://www.sportsmith.net/images/product_support/precor/Service%20Manuals/Commercial%20EFX/Service%20Manual,%20C546i%20Self%20Powered%20EFX.pdf

My Kinetic trainer increases resistance when I increase speed. How can I maximize resistance at low cadence of say 60 rpm?

You can't with this type of trainer. You have to have a trainer where you can manually adjust the resistance. The closest you can do is shift your gearing.

How to increase resistance on Blackburn Tech Fluid Trainer? I know it is supposed to increase with rpm's, but I am not a strong rider and I just rode 90 minutes in my biggest gear with only moderate...

Fluid trainers work by providing resistance that increases as your effort increases, much like riding on the road. There is not a switch or lever to increase the resistance with this specific trainer. So in short you have to put in a bigger effort to get more resistance. Putting in more effort and increasing your Cadence (rpm's) will provide a harder resistance and will decrease your duration attainable. This is OK. One of the benefits of using a trainer is that you can get more accomplished in less time.
