I need reformat my RCA MP3 I don't know how, somebody can help me.

This should be a simple exercise (similar to formatting a floppy diskette) but make sure that you backup/copy all your existing files (including hidden system one) to your PC/Laptop first! - Connect your MP3 player to your PC (as required to back up your files) - Your MP3 player will show as a drive under 'Computer' in Windows Explorer: - Make sure that you have clearly identified the MP3 drive single click on the drive and browsing the mp3 drive content. - Now use the context menu by 'right-click' the MP3 drive -> select 'format' and click on it - Select FAT32 (or FAT16) as the file system for your MP3 drive if not defaulted / I suggest NOT USING QUICK FORMAT for a clean drive - Proceed carefully! PS. IF ENSURE, GET EXPERT ASSISTANCE FROM A PC SAVY FRIEND!

I AM HAVING PROBLEMS DROPPING AND DRAGGING SONGS TO MY MP3. WHAT FILE AM I SUPPOSED TO SEND MY MUSIC TO AND THEN MOVE WHERE ? DO I MOVE TO ANOTHER FILE? I USED AN I-TUNES CARD AND BOUGHT SOME SONGS BUT...

What format are the iTunes file in?
The S2001 Jet does not support DRM file types from any source (such as iTunes "*.m4p" files). This particular model also does not support the files if the files are non-DRM from iTunes ("*.m4a" files). The only files that are supported are .mp3 and .wma files. Maybe some software could convert them for you to transfer, but most likely they will not be compatible straight from iTunes unless they are in a compatible format.
