MX 2300N. Connected to my computer through network. Prints great, but won't print color from this computer. Other computers are fine. I have gone into setting and changed from B&W to color. When I go to print color I hear the copier starting to fire up then goes silent and nothing prints.
Try reinstalling print driver, or upload a PCL5e driver.

yes open the front door remove the waste toner and you will see the 4 drum units each with a little green stick pointing out
pull this in and out a few times on each unit ...

Here's a new solution that works. When adding the printer, choose "Generic PCL Printer". This will allow you to print from your Mac to the Sharp Printer without buying the PostScript chip/kit for the printer.
