I am assuming your duping CD or DVD using a duping machine that reads the source optical disc and writes to several slave drives. Or you just doing a disc clone from one optical drive to another in a personal PC. Since your seeing random errors between the source or target drive try slowing down the read or burn speed factor. Not all optical media is the same and quality can vary wildly. Your source disc is scratched? Your source drive has a dirty LED, can be fixed if by cleaning it if you want to put the effort into it.

U need a shop manual for tests. A scan that reads data will also target problem. If car is not overheatin or othr then u can kinda relax

Did you checkup your PC health Online or just installed PC checkup utilities newly downloaded? If yes and that was the beginning of such errors you maybe infected by viruses or Malwares. Uninstall newly installed programs and run Anti-malware or antivirus.

Something failing within Smart Short Self Test WHD16-FTD could literally be anything within the computer, without seeing what has actually failed during the test.

These are problems that cannot be fixed, basically your hard drive is on the way out. Typically this is caused by drops, bumps, etc. while the machine is on.It has a SATA 2.5" 120gb 5400 RPM drive, I would suggest a larger 7200 rpm drive but it is up to you. You will also have to reinstall windows to the new hard drive.

P1294 Target idle not reached this is the code in the chrysler list of codes for this number and reading it ,it must mean the idle isnt correct when engine is warm but i could be wrong here in my interpretation as our europeon test puts a probe up the exhaust and the idle doesnt come into the equation .So long as the gas output from the engine is below the specified limits on first run at 2500 rpm then idle is read but this is only for the CO and oxygen levels in the exhaust gas as the level of CO2 will depend on the size of the engine but must be below 2% on idle ,so a big monster american gas burner will still be below the 2% by volume on idle but rise with the increase in engine RPM .Complicated business and costly when the cat goes

If it just keeps asking you to calibrate, then that means the touch screen is faulty.
