Make sure the resolution of your artwork intended to be added meets up to their specifications and when adding the song you also upload the artwork too.

The best and quickest solution is to use Tunesleeve now at version v1.0.11 costs about £20 then check that it has worked using MP3Tag now at version v2.44 by selecting you iTunes folder.

N.B.> Be careful tunesleeve will actually rewrite the ID3 tag of the MP3 so will MP3Tag as well but this is not as east to use as Tunesleeve

N.B.B > iTunes only displays artwork by association on DRM MP3's which means that they wont transfer artwork to other players tunesleeve will do this for you.

N.B.B.B> Make sure that if you want to keep the HQ downloaded artwork when using tunesleeve select the correct BUTTON to keep them or they will be lost forever.

Remember this is the best solution for ripped CD and aquired MP3's that have no DRM most that don't have artwork, tunesleeve gets its artwork from www.amazon.com images.

Find the album art/covers on google and save them to your computer. Go to itunes and go to your album. You have to go "in" to the album by dubbleclicking it. Then rightclick the empty albumcover and select info. Then choose the Pictures tab. There you can upload your picture to the album. And when you sync your ipod it shows on the cover flow.

I followed the instructions here, saving the cover artwork from amazon and then adding it using the 'get info' tab for the album. http://www.downloadsquad.com/2006/11/30/how-to-fix-your-itunes-artwork/

Cover Art and iPod not agreeing with each other!

Hi there,
the problem comes from the tags attached to your media files.
You must tag your files with the appropriate cover art for them to appear correctly. There is an application available for free that can do this for you:
http://www.mp3tag.de/en/download.html

Once you have installed it, run the program.
In the program, click File/Change Directory
Select the folder in which you've got your music files and it will open the folder up for analysis.
Preferably, you should group your songs by album to make the process easier for you.
You select the songs from the list( for multiple songs, hold Ctrl while selecting) and then click on Tag Sources/Amazon.com or any other present website and use the search engine to find the appropriate album for the songs. Note that you can not search for multiple albums at the same time. Tags can be done per album.
Hope this helps,
Regards

IPod will not work.

restoring factory settings won't revert the player back to previous ipod software. Check with the alpine website product support and see which ipod software versions are compatible with the car deck you installed. I would think the latest version would be supported. then go to the apple website and download the most recent version of itunes that alpine says is compatible. connect your pod and open itunes. upgrade the pod to that itunes version and try it again with the car deck.
