Last night , i plugged in my phone next to my bed like i do every night , and it was working just fine . I woke up this morning and my phone wasn't on at all , i tried turning it on , and it only gave me a black screen with white words (onetouch fierce) going across the screen . I've tried everything , i've called everyone ! Is there anything else i can do , I haven't even had the phone for a month and half yet !!!!

I can't express enough the importance of wipeing off the dirt and grime on a daily basis. This procedure must be done while the phone is charging ( to protect any dampness from seeping into open areas. Vineger undiluted with a very dry paper towel. Wipe perfectly dry. If my phone is ever neglected (from cleaning), it always acts up or breaks. Without fail. Don't reuse any cover or case and let filth pile up either. For sure the cell phone won't last. All my phones stay in pretty good shape for at least a year from this ritual.
