Setting up a new Kodak All In One printer and keep getting error code 6202

Code 6202 To Reset. Disconnect from power source wait 2 minutes and reconnect. This should work. I believe it is a modem problem. Your manual should cover this. Contact Kodak for further problems Most issues are correctable by the user and the user should first consult the user/operators manual.

Check that you have installed the correct (and full) cartridges. If you are using refilled or compatible cartridges, you may find they need a replacement RF chip.

To resolve this error:

1. Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
2. Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
3. Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary.

When the printer is ready (no error message), upgrade the firmware for your printer:

1. Locate and select the firmware for your printer.
2. Follow the instructions to install the firmware.

If the error continues and you cannot upgrade the firmware, contact Kodak Technical Support.

I unplugged the power supply several times. So far it seems to be working.

,Call Kodak @1800 421 6699 and get a new printhead free of cost.....Printhead has gone bad and it is the part in which we install the ink cartridges.It takes the ink out of the cartridges and spit the ink on the papers,...Cheers and Enjoy.
