SOURCE: Juki HZL-E61: cannot get tension right on straight stitch

Loops on the bottom of the fabric direct the problem to the top thread. Rethread again and make sure the thread goes through the tension discs. Lift the foot, because this is what opens the discs. When sewing and the foot is down, the discs should be closed and thus giving the upper thread the tension it needs.

SOURCE: Juki TL-98QE thread comes out of needle, won't pull up bobbin

It can be many things but first make sure the needle is in correctly, follow the manual to be sure, if it still does not pick up the bobbin thread you may want to bring it to a repairman to see if it is out of timing.

How do you thread a euro pro 382?

Here are the steps to thread a Euro-Pro 382 sewing machine:
  1. Raise the presser foot lever to release the tension discs.
  2. Place the thread spool on the spool pin and slide it to the right until it clicks into place.
  3. Pull the thread end from the spool and insert it through the thread guide located at the top of the machine.
  4. Pull the thread down through the tension discs, then wrap it around the bobbin winding tension disc located on the top left of the machine.
  5. Insert the thread end through one of the holes on the bobbin and push the bobbin onto the bobbin winding spindle.
  6. Push the bobbin winding spindle to the right to engage the winding mechanism. Hold the thread end and press the foot pedal to start winding the bobbin.
  7. When the bobbin is full, cut the thread and push the bobbin winding spindle back to the left.
  8. Remove the bobbin from the spindle and place it into the bobbin case.
  9. Hold the thread end and turn the handwheel towards you to raise the needle to its highest position.
  10. Pull the thread from the bobbin case and insert it through the thread guide located above the needle.
  11. Thread the needle from front to back and pull the thread out about 6 inches.
  12. Lower the presser foot lever to engage the tension discs and pull the thread towards the back of the machine.
  13. Hold the thread end and turn the handwheel towards you to take up the bobbin thread.
  14. Close the bobbin cover and you're ready to start sewing.

The bobbin turns when I manuall pull the thread but won’t turn whem I step on the foot pedal

that would be correct
pulling the thread is what turns the bobbin
the needle thread pulls the bobbin thread up and is what makes it turn

Foot control on my Juki 2010 sewing machine is not working, as if there's no power reaching it at all. There is power to my machine as indicated by light coming on when main power switch turned on.

Pam, Could be a bad/broken wire, may be repairable, you should take your pedal in to be tested, if diagnosed to be bad you may have to order a new replacement pedal. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

Bobbin won't wind - foot pedal working but bobbin won't turn ES2020 New *unused just stored since purchase from new*

Your new but stored machine has sat long enough that any oils from the factory have become gummy and or dried out. I would take it in and have the pros service it. But for now you might try....

Turning the hand wheel by hand while you press on the pedal. This MAY free up the machine enough for the motor to take over.

Need to know how to thread bobbin

manuals can be purchased @ janome. com. your machine should have a bobbin winder. Set empty bobbin on the bobbin winder pin. Thread spool of thread though guide(or tension wheel on the top of the machine;NOT the stitching tension.) wrap thread around bobbin to start, and push bobbin toward the flywheel. slowly press foot pedal and bobbin should begin to turn. apply more pressure to foot pedal to increase speed. When full, bobbin winder should kick back to stop.

Hd-110 can't pull up the bobbin thread

If the needle will not catch the bobbin thread, try replacing the needle and make sure the flat side of the needle shaft is facing the back of the machine.

Always thread a sewing machine with the presser foot up.

Lower and raise the threaded needle, while holding onto the end of the thread. This will pull up the bobbin thread.

Take both thread ends under the presser foot and to the back of the sewing machine.

Hand Walk the needle a couple of stitches before using the power pedal.

Instructions for theading a Sears Kenmore Sewing machine model 158.14000

all machines thread the same. TTN tension, take up, needle.
Beginning with the spool, guide the thread through the thread guides to the tension assembly. Pull the thread through the tension assembly and test it to make sure the tension is working correctly.
(To do this test, adjust your tension setting to normal or medium or 5 or something in the middle. Raise the presser foot and pull the thread through the tension. It should pull easily!! Lower the presser foot and pull the thread. It should pull noticeably harder.) If it passes this test, continue up through the take up lever, then down through the thread guides to the needle. Make sure your needle is fully inserted and turned the correct way.( If you load your bobbin case from the left side, the needle rule is normally FLAT to the RIGHT is RIGHT. There are some exceptions. If you have a newer style drop in bobbin or your bobbin case loads in the front then the rule is FLAT to the BACK.

To wind the bobbin, guide the thread around the thread guide on
the left top of your machine, then to the bobbin winder. Wind the thread around the bobbin several times, place the bobbin on top of the bobbin winder, push it against the wheel and press the foot pedal. It should stop winding when the bobbin is full or you take your foot off the control
