The AE error is indicative that there is a leak somewhere in the washer and it has triggered the flood protection device found at the bottom of the machine. What you should do is find out if there is indeed a leak. Try tilting it forward and find out if water will run out. If you can see water leaking from the water, call a repairman!
check for ,cracked hoses and leaking water pump. position machine over a sheet of paper and see if the water is directly under tub . If so it will be a shaft seal that is leaking.
Sometimes, what may seem like a washing machine leaking from bottom locations is actually one that leaks slowly from other spots. Slow leaks can accumulate beneath your washing machine making it seem like you have a bottom leak. For more help identifying the exact point of the leak, see Washing machine leaking.
Bottom leaks may be better identified using a newspaper. Just dry the floor and lay the newspaper beneath the washing machine before you test for leaks. Darkened sections map out your water leak. This method is not always foolproof, however. The best diagnosis will come from a qualified service professional inspecting your machine.
If your washing machine is leaking from bottom in the rear, you may need a replacement pump and professional installation. The leak could also be caused by a faulty air dome seal or a hole in the tub. For more troubleshooting steps to tackle that leak, see Washing machine leaking from bottom. I hope that helps!

I have had a few of these machines leak. I pulled off the bottom and found Mr Coffee is using low quality tubing that melts or leaks where it attaches to the heater element that boils the water. I replaced the tubes with higher quality silicone tubing that I bought directly out of China on Ebay and the problem was solved.
You most likely need to make a small adjustment to the door. While the door is open push the bottom of the door towards the machine and pull the top of the door away from the machine, be careful not to go too far. that should take care of the leak. Before you do that make sure the water is coming out between the glass and the seal. I would remove the lower panel and make sure the seal doesn't have a small hole. You should see the seal leak from the inside. Hope this helps
