Check for loose oil filter or pinched o ring for filter. also check for loose drain plug in oil pan. make sure copper o ring is present on the oil pan plug. look for other evidence of excessive leakage.

You must have the system scanned for the fault that keeping the light on, just replacing parts without proper diagnostics will not cure the problem as you have no doubt discovered.

All programing functions are controlled on the main (stationary) board. All display functions are controlled on the Rotor (spinning board.) Here are some steps to take if you are having display problems. Remove the three mounting screws that hold the rotor to the motor shaft. The LED display board is attached perpendicular to the rotor board and is soldered to the rotor board. Over time, the connections break due to the centrifugal force of the spinning rotor. CAREFULLY, with a low amp solder iron and a fine tip, re-heat the board to the display. That should solve the problem. If you were a bit sloppy with the solder, remove the solder with a fine wick and try again!

there should be a sensetivity nob on the alarm box itself turn that down and your problem should be solved if not just invest in a new alarm.

I believe the 300 is the same as the 3030 in flash mode you can choose one of the slow sink modes to accomplish this, I am sure there are other ways to do this as well. You will probrably get some better answers from Barry or the other pros.
