Top 2 possiblities
1/ The motor that ejects the ice is shot.
or
2/ the heater element that melts the ice into pieces.
Here is where you can probably pinpoint problem.
Making Ice
When everything is hooked up, the icemaker begins its cycle. The cycle is usually controlled by a simple electrical circuit and a series of switches. In the diagram below, you can see how the icemaker moves through its cycle.

-->The icemaker has a heating coil underneath the ice mold.

This system is effective for making ice at home, but it doesn't produce enough ice for commercial purposes, such as restaurants and self-service hotel ice machines. In the next section, we'll look at a larger, more powerful icemaker design.

i would recommend changing the water valves as they may be sticking or leaking now you can take the icemaker loose get a small baby bottle short the terminals to cycle water fill catch it with the bottle and see how much water it dumps should be about 4 ounces if the valve leaks will over fill the ice maker over a period of time say the valve is leaking a few drops at a time and the bail arm has the icemaker shut off because its touching ice in the bin but the water just keeps dripping down the fill tube till it runs over did you replace the whole icemaker or just the motor module

Sounds like the water valve has a small leak and continuously drips water onto the icemaker. Have the water valve checked and if necessary, replaced.
SOURCE: frigidaire water leaks
I suspect that when the water valve was replaced, that the plug's were reversed that provide the power to the valve. Exchange the two plugs on the water valve and you may find the problem is fixed.
SOURCE: ice freezes into one solid block and won't dump out of the tray
remove cube tray from ice maker. clean with limeaway adn rinse. Spray with a light coating of PAM cooking spray. wipe dry and reinstall. be careful not to damage the sensor ( in center of tray)
SOURCE: ice maker does not make ice anymore.
Try swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve. It’s on the back where the water supply comes in. Then try the water dispenser. The water should go to the ice maker. This will tell you weather or not the ice maker valve is working and if the line is clear.
The water inlet valve on the back of unit opens when the ice maker needs water. If the valve doesn't seal good because of sediment or wear it will continue to drip and when the water reaches the ice maker supply tube it will freeze blocking the fill tube.. You can take the water line off the valve and watch to see if it drips.
