Hi.

Try resetting the camera.
Some of the cameras have a small recessed button on the bottom that can be hit by using a small pointed object (such as a paperclip or pen). Other models have a flap on the side that has a reset and a restart button.
If that does not apply try disconnecting power (and removing battery) from all units connected to the system, including main control unit.

Hi, the best and easiest way I can think of for this is to go to your wireless router and get the list of ip addresses it is sending out for your wireless connections.

try installing the software again. you might need to manually start a service.

Normal 0 Probably has corrupt driver.
Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.

Your cameras are losing conncetivity because of the air link being compromised this could be due to unintentional jamming (blocking of the wifi signal)or Resetting of the beacon (beacons can be set to broadcast at intervals) They are needed for the wifi devices to know that they are still a part of the network. These are more then likely your problem

Are you trying to access the camera in the local network? Have you assigned a static ip address to the camera? Which router are we using?
