Replace the back cover with the arrow pointing directly at the stem. Everything should work correctly with the cover in that position.

mcdevito75 here, Without seeing the watch as they are all different, but similar in a way. This hold down bar across the battery may slide out of the way but most likely there is a small screw on 1 side of that bar that has to be either loosened or completely removed before you move that bar out of the way.

mcdevito75 here, Look for any indentations on the back cover and case that should be linned up, as an example, a cutout on the cover for the stem, after the cover is linned up place the watch on a sturdy surface crystal up (glass) and with the palm of your hand apply even down pressure to close the back. If you can"t look for a small watch repair shop, they will close the back cover for you.
