SOURCE: Pale print on PDF files

It sounds like a driver problem. Try replacing the driver for this printer on the printers folder, using the HP LaserJet Series II. With this driver, try again the PDF file and see if it prints correctly.

SOURCE: I have a HP Cp3505 that prints fine when you print

try another yellow cartridge,because if u are using generic cartridges from the same vendor,they might be defective.

SOURCE: HP designjet 800 prints black as pale blue

color black ink is empty..or do the printer head cleaning procedure to the printer maintenance.

Copying is very light while scan print fine
Unfortunately that is typical. You can set the copies to be darker, but often that just introduces gray areas that should be white.

Better to just scan and then print the pdf.

Canon PIXMA iP3000. I have completed a nozzle check, but have odd results... BLACK-Perfect CYAN-4 EQUALLY SPACED WHITE LINES...NO DROP OUTS PALE CYAN-PERFECT MAGENTA- 4 EQUALLY SPACED WHITE LINES...NO DROP...
Inkjet printers do not like being left unused for long periods.
Some of the color print head may be blocked. Try several deep cleaning of the print head to see if it can clear the blocked print nozzles.
If none of this works then the print head needs to be replaced. A new cartridge will not solve this problem.
NOTE the print head is not a cheap item, you may consider putting the money towards a new and better printer.

Display window is unreadable
I found this site online as a possible answer to my problem with the Breadmaker. I was hoping for assistance. No answers were given as to whether there is a backlight that is not workable on this machine. White lines in print--looks like pinstripes
I asked the technician at Staples what he thought and he thought it was the ink cartridge. since I was using 3in1 cartridges and it was expensive to buy two; (1) Black with pale magenta and blue plus (2)red blue and yellow,we bought a new printer that uses one colour only cartidges so we can replace one colour at a time and also use a pale blue and pale magenta to get better reproductions. for a little more than double the price we bought an Hp printer Photosmart C7280 on sale with single cartridges. It will pay off, They are a fraction of the cost of 3in1 colours.

Yellow on all color printings
What photo program do you use? Is the yellow background on all Word doc's? You should check WORD go to the Format|Background make sure "no fill" is selected. You should also check your print properties in control panel and any special program DELL uses. Make sure there isn't some custom setting that is printing the yellow background.
