just click on drivers on the right side menu.. and choose the one for your Operating System.
download and install it. You should be able to use your usb adapter once the driver is installed.
Here it is d-link dwa-110 drivers for windows xp.
The file size is 9.6 mb, and zip format. You'll need winzip or winrar to unzip the drivers.

OK... Just download the driver/software revision matching your USB adapter (have a look on it's sticker. If no revision is noted, then it's simply DWA-130!):
