Motor turns but very slow

I have a problem with my washing machine hwf800x.the control seems not working as its supposed to be

    thanks Maael. but i have tried selecting everygiven opotion. even spin as well. but it got its own programming seems like the motor rotates the same speed after the motor got stucked dou to breakage of one arm which holds the drum and the saft. we repaired the arm but after thateverything has been changed.

Check out the video. It may just need cleaning with switch cleaner and a couple of drop of sewing machine oil. The fact it does move is a good sign.

Early automatic washers used a motor with multiple windings to provide the various speeds required by different parts of each wash programme. Modern washers use an entirely different sort of motor and the speeds are selected and controlled electronically with feedback to ensure the speed is correct.

I suspect the problem is the electronics - the part of the programmer and controller that regulates the motor speed but you should check the motor and motor brushes, the drive belt and all electrical connections as a matter of best practice before you spend money...

MAybe the motorr is on an overload, check to see if the motor is heated and running slow, check the capacitor, replace and test. Check if there is friction on the spindle. Finally the programm controller by itself can be a suspect if all the above seems OK.

It is much harder to turn the basket with the motor shaft. If it is not getting up to speed the brake is dragging and the basketdrive /brake will need replaced.

Heavy Duty Speed Queen top loader, HA 4011-3062, with a slow spin
I have a related problem and I just learned on the net that the Vbelt is supposed to slip in "idle" mode while the water pump will do more work.
It is also supposed to slip slightly while speeding the spinning up so as to not cause motor overload.A kind of half clutch function that allows for slipping. This slipping is controlled by the tensioner.

My guess is that your machine's v belt slips too much and thus does not spin fast enough. You replaced the belts, I would look at the tensioner now.
