My Tablet is on charge and the screen icon shows it is charging but the Charge % Icon is staying the same

Try a different battery charger.
Maybe you are using a battery charger of a phone.
They have the same plug but different Amperage.
Usually tablets have more powerful battery charger than phones (2.1A instead of 0.5/1A).

The battery charger that you are currently using seems to have enough power just to keep your tablet alive, but not enough to charge it.

You can check on the data written on the battery charger's body the maximum amperage.

Is there anyway i can replace a battery in my tablet it jst go bank and wont stay charged long

I cobbled together two RadioShack 5v usb batteries in series and a tiny coaxial plug. A couple of bits of Velcro holds the "Frankenbattery" to the back of Craig to power it. The original battery inside the Craig is soldered in place and should only be "tampered" with by a dedicated hardware hacker. The original battery was apparently made by "Shenzhen HENGWANG Energy Technology Co., Ltd." in China. try contacting "[email protected]" for OEM quantities only. Good Luck.
